Join Dawn in the morning to learn a few yoga hacks you can take back to the office! Chair Yoga is a gentle, beginner introduction to Yoga. Using your chair or a desk, you can do a pose or two to stretch, get unkninked from sitting in a chair too long, or just mentally ready to go to that meeting.

What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and best to hold off on drinking coffee or tea until after the session.
